How do I clean my dispenser?
Hand wash your dispenser, lid, pour tray and removable filter cover (select models only) with mild, soapy water. Rinse well.
Many of our pitcher and dispenser parts are also dishwasher safe. Check your manual for which parts can go on the top rack of your dishwasher.
How long will it take the dispenser to filter the water?
It can take 20+ minutes for the water in the tray to filter through the filter. This depends on the type of filter you have and how long you have been using the filter.
How long will the dispenser filter last?
Filters should be replaced every 1-2 months or after 40 gallons. A 3-pack will provide up to 6 months of filtered water. For best performance, we recommend you change your filter every 2 months.
How do I unclog the filter in my water dispenser?
If you notice the water filtering slower than usual, remove the filter from the dispenser and shake vigorously until you hear the granules shifting inside.
What do I do if my dispenser is leaking?
If you notice unfiltered water is leaking into the filtered water reservoir, check to be sure that the filter has been twisted firmly into place.
If the valve is leaking on your dispenser, be sure nothing is coming in contact with the valve (i.e. refrigerator door) that would accidentally open the valve and let water spill out.
