Replacement Filters
Question: How often do the filters have to be replaced?
Answer: The Pre-Filter (A or A+) is recommended to be replaced every 3 months while the HEPA filter (G) is recommended to be replaced every 12 months. If using one of the optional Enhanced Odor T filter, those are recommended to be replaced every 3 months.
Question: Why did my Air Purifier suddenly turn on a higher setting?
Answer: Is the air purifier set to Automatic Cleaning Mode? If it is, the unit may have sensed a higher level of VOCs and has adjusted the cleaning level accordingly.
