- Soak filter in water for 15 minutes
- Hold filter under running water for 10 seconds
- Insert filter into your pitcher or dispenser & twist to lock
- Firmly hit the bottom to ensure filter is locked in place

Question: How do I unclog my filter?
Answer: If the water is filtering slower than usual, remove the filter from the pitcher and shake vigorously until you hear the granules shifting inside.
