    Just a few steps to install your new filter:

    1. Soak filter in water for 15 minutes
    2. Hold filter under running water for 10 seconds
    3. Insert filter into your pitcher or dispenser & twist to lock
    4. Firmly hit the bottom to ensure filter is locked in place

    Question: How long will my filter last?

    Answer: The 3-pack provides 6 months of clean water. 1 filter provides up to 40 gallons, or 2 months, of clean water. For best performance, change your filter every 2 months.

    Question: How do I unclog my filter?

    Answer: If the water is filtering slower than usual, remove the filter from the pitcher and shake vigorously until you hear the granules shifting inside.
